Rand Street has over 20 years of experience in residential real estate renovation and commerical construction.

Members of our key management team came from the humble beginings of Eastern North Carolina, where they developed their work ethics while doing general farming work and rasing tobacco. It was from these experiences that our management team acquired an outstanding work ethic and learned the value of respect and "honest days' work for an honest days' pay!"
